How Auto-Renewal Works

Updated April 4, 2026

All licenses are set to auto-renew by default so your services never go offline unexpectedly.

How It Works

  1. 7 days before expiry — An invoice is generated for the next billing period
  2. If wallet has funds — The invoice is automatically paid from your wallet balance
  3. If wallet is empty — An email reminder is sent to add funds
  4. 3 days overdue — If still unpaid, the license is suspended
  5. Reactivation — Add funds to your wallet and the license reactivates automatically

Timeline

Terminal
Day -7: Invoice generated
Day -7: Auto-pay from wallet (if funds available)
Day -7: Email reminder (if no funds)
Day 0: License expiry date
Day +3: License suspended

Managing Auto-Renewal

You can enable or disable auto-renewal per license:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Licenses
  3. Click the license you want to manage
  4. Toggle Auto-Renewal on or off

Warning: Disabling auto-renewal means your license will expire at the end of the current billing period. Your server software will stop working if the license is not renewed.

Keeping Your Wallet Funded
