- At checkout, select Crypto as your payment method
- You will be redirected to our crypto payment page
- Select your preferred cryptocurrency
- Send the exact amount shown to the provided wallet address
- Wait for blockchain confirmation
Important Notes
- Send the exact amount — Sending less will result in an underpayment. Contact support if this happens.
- Confirmation time varies by cryptocurrency:
- USDT (TRC20): ~1-3 minutes
- Bitcoin: ~10-30 minutes (1 confirmation)
- Ethereum: ~2-5 minutes
- No refunds on cryptocurrency payments — all crypto sales are final
- Your account is credited automatically after blockchain confirmation
Troubleshooting
- Payment not credited — Blockchain confirmation may take longer during network congestion. Wait 30 minutes, then contact support with your transaction hash.
- Sent wrong amount — Contact support with the transaction hash immediately.
